Millbrook Business Finance is expanding its marketing team, and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and ROI across paid channels.

The Role
This is a highly analytical, execution-focused role responsible for managing and optimising paid and digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with senior marketing stakeholders to continuously improve cost per lead, conversion rates and return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and paid social
- Improve cost per lead, conversion rates and overall campaign performance
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights
- Run A/B testing across ads, audiences and landing pages
- Manage budgets and maximise return on advertising spend
