We’re now seeking a Marketing Director to take ownership of strategy, performance and brand — building a high-impact marketing engine that delivers consistent, high-quality demand.
The Role
As Marketing Director, you’ll lead from the front — owning the full marketing function and shaping how Millbrook attracts, converts and retains customers. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining strategic planning with performance execution. You’ll work closely with Sales and senior leadership to drive pipeline quality, ROI and long-term brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth
- Drive high‑quality lead generation across PPC, SEO, email and outbound channels
- Build, lead and develop the marketing team
- Manage and optimise the marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI
- Work closely with Sales to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality
- Report on performance, insights and campaign effectiveness to senior leadership
