Location: Millbay Academy, 22 Millbay Road, Plymouth PL1 3EG

Salary Range: Grade D Pt 8-14, £26,824 - £29,540 per annum FTE

Actual Salary: £14,516 - £15,985 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, Term-time (39 weeks per annum)

Contract Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the whole school management information systems to ensure comprehensive and cohesive support service.
  • Create interim assessment data in line with the school cycle.
  • Manage statutory and school-based collection of data to deadlines, and prepare reports for staff, pupils, parents, and outside agencies, ensuring GDPR requirements are met.
  • Support the Exams Officer in ensuring all procedures and routines relating to examinations are in place and in setting up exam venues as required.
  • Provide flexible working arrangements to meet the varying demands of the role.
