About the Role
Millbay Academy are looking to appoint a confident, supportive and committed Cover Supervisor to be part of our Secondary team and who will play an integral role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning by supervising whole classes during short term teacher absence.

The role requires a commitment to ensuring continuity of education, classroom engagement and a positive learning environment, with the flexibility to work in different subject departments within the school.
