Our client is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to support a major Carbon Capture new build construction project. This is a key role responsible for the full lifecycle management of materials, equipment, and storage locations across site and off-site facilities.

Location: Mold, North Wales (site-based, Monday–Friday, 5 days per week)

Start Date: July 2026

Initial Contract: 12 months

Project Duration: Until December 2028

Rate - £30.00 - 35.00 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay (flexibility dependent)

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Materials Manager, you will oversee all warehouse and material logistics operations supporting construction delivery. This includes management of on-site and off-site warehouses, laydown areas, and ensuring materials are available in line with the construction schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage warehouse teams across multiple locations
  • Oversee material receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issue
  • Ensure safe storage and handling, including hazardous materials compliance
  • Maintain strict inventory control and full material traceability
  • Coordinate internal logistics, lifting operations, and material movements
  • Support just-in-time delivery to optimise site efficiency
  • Ensure full utilisation and accuracy of material management systems (ERM)
  • Identify and escalate material shortages, delays, or risks
