The Role
As a Project Controls Manager, you will support the successful delivery of a major, high-profile infrastructure project. Your responsibilities include managing and coordinating controls activities related to cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting. You will act as a key liaison between project teams, the PMO, and external partners, ensuring data accuracy and timely performance insights. Your day-to-day actions will involve producing and presenting high-quality reports, conducting variance analysis, supporting forecasting efforts, and engaging senior stakeholders. You will also champion digital innovations and continuous improvement initiatives across project controls functions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent in business, finance, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field
- Extensive experience delivering Project Controls on large, complex infrastructure projects
- Proficiency across multiple controls functions: cost, estimating, scheduling, change, risk
- Strong understanding of earned value analysis
- Proven leadership experience in matrix environments and working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- A problem-solving, delivery-focused mindset
