You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, write and post adverts, source and screen candidates, arrange interviews, manage offers, and ensure a smooth experience for clients and candidates.
You’ll build strong relationships with clients and candidates, stay compliant with employment law and HMRC rules, and maintain accurate CRM records.
