This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and expanding architectural practice, delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. You will play a key role in leading design and technical delivery while working collaboratively within a professional, supportive team.
This role would suit candidates working in these roles: Senior Architect, Project Architect, Associate Architect, Architectural Technologist, Senior Architectural Technologist, Senior Architectural Technician, BIM Architect, Technical Architect, Design Lead, Architectural Lead. We would also welcome applications from these industries: Commercial architecture, industrial and logistics design, multidisciplinary design consultancies, construction-led design practices, and master planning or large-scale development studios.
Your duties and responsibilities will be:
- Taking responsibility for architectural and technical design packages across varied project types
- Managing projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring quality and programme are maintained
- Coordinating information with external consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Producing and reviewing detailed drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to BIM and quality management processes
You will have the following qualifications and experience:
- RIBA Part 3 qualification or CIAT/MCIAT accreditation
- Proven experience working within a UK-based architectural practice
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to deliver robust, buildable solutions
- Advanced Revit capability, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe software
- Sound understanding of UK planning processes, Building Regulations and compliance standards
