As a Project Controls Manager, you will support the successful delivery of a major, high-profile infrastructure project. Your responsibilities include managing and coordinating controls activities related to cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting. You will act as a key liaison between project teams, the PMO, and external partners, ensuring data accuracy and timely performance insights. Your day-to-day actions will involve producing and presenting high-quality reports, conducting variance analysis, supporting forecasting efforts, and engaging senior stakeholders. You will also champion digital innovations and continuous improvement initiatives across project controls functions.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

  • Degree or equivalent in business, finance, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field
  • Extensive experience delivering Project Controls on large, complex infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency across multiple controls functions: cost, estimating, scheduling, change, risk
  • Strong understanding of earned value analysis
  • Proven leadership experience in matrix environments and working with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • A problem-solving, delivery-focused mindset
