The Role

As a Project Manager working on civil engineering projects, you will lead the civil works programme across multiple projects over a decade, ensuring timely delivery of engineering studies and post-FID contracts. Your responsibilities will include managing internal and external interfaces, driving design modifications, engaging with stakeholders to mitigate risks, and overseeing procurement processes. Your day-to-day activities will involve coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

  • Proven degree and Chartered status in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management and construction activities within complex, technically demanding environments.
  • Experience managing major projects from concept through to handover, with strong skills in safety, security, and environmental responsibility.
  • Successful track record in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, driving procurement, and managing contracts and costs.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Earned Value and experience in commercial claims close-out and negotiations.
