As our Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the project document control system, including the EDMS and CDE platforms such as Themis and Interaxo. Your daily activities will encompass issuing and uploading documentation, conducting quality checks, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliance with company and ISO standards. You will also oversee the transfer of documents to external parties, manage hard copy files, and assist in archiving processes. Your role will be critical in ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of project documentation, supporting project timelines and quality assurance.
- Proven experience in document control within the construction, engineering, or related sector
- Expert understanding of ISO 19650 and CDE (BIM) environments
