Key Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 3-5 years of risk management experience, including leadership roles
- Proven ability to manage risk in infrastructure or defence projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of interacting at executive levels
- Strong analytical and data processing skills to identify trends and develop mitigation strategies
- Experience with risk analysis tools, including Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Cost Risk Analysis (CRA)
- Demonstrable knowledge of risk management processes, governance, and best practices
- Proficiency in IT tools relevant to risk management
- Industry-specific knowledge of defence or government projects
- In-depth understanding of nuclear infrastructure (preferred, but not essential)
- Experience in collaborative multidisciplinary environments
- APM Project Management Qualification or equivalent
