The Role

As a Project Cost Controller, you will be responsible for assisting management with month-end cost and revenue submissions, managing forecast and budget reconciliation, conducting risk analysis, and monitoring project costs. Your daily activities will include collaborating with subcontractors, analysing financial data, and supporting change management processes such as variations and scope adjustments. You will also be involved in the preparation of payment applications and progress meetings to ensure project financial health.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

  • Proven experience with NEC 4 Option B Contracts in construction, oil & gas, or petrochemical projects
  • Extensive knowledge of cost control, forecasting, risk management, and change procedures
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with desirable experience using SAP, particularly P14 modules
