The Role
This is a unique opportunity to combine executive support, project management and client engagement within a fast-paced and ambitious agency environment. Working at the heart of the business, you will support our CEO and Senior Leadership Team while helping coordinate the successful delivery of client projects across the UK. You will ensure priorities are managed effectively, projects run smoothly and stakeholders receive an outstanding level of service. This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring outstanding organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will play a key role in helping the business operate efficiently while supporting the successful delivery of meaningful projects for our public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and high-quality support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and scheduling.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, briefing papers and correspondence.
- Attend meetings, record actions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support leadership planning, strategic initiatives and business operations.
- Coordinate internal communications, events and leadership activities.
- Anticipate requirements, identify potential issues and resolve them proactively.
