Role
As a Senior Engineer, your responsibilities will include delivering feasibility studies, developing options for roof refurbishment projects, and coordinating complex engineering activities.
You will oversee work packages, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
Your daily actions will involve technical reviews, design development, and collaboration across disciplines to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
You will have the following qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in civil, structural, or architectural engineering design and project delivery within regulated environments.
- Extensive knowledge of engineering practices and safety legislation.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of supervising engineering teams and managing multiple work packages.
- Experience working towards becoming a specialist in specific technical fields.
- BPSS security clearance, with the ability to achieve SC clearance if required.
- Academic qualifications such as a Bachelors Honours in Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of HNC/HND.
- Familiarity with company QMS and relevant codes of practice.
