Our client is a well-established geotechnical consultancy established over 60 years ago and prides itself on being one of the largest privately owned consultancies in the UK. The geospatial division perfectly complements their strong geotechnical division and are expanding with the opening of a North Western office, preferably in Runcorn.
For the right candidate, this role will evolve into potentially a CAD Manager role if this matches the candidate's ambition and trajectory and will work closely with the Head of Geospatial Services. You will spend 60% of your time on site and 40% spent either in the office or working from home.
The Senior Land Surveyor will conduct a variety of geospatial tasks, including performing topographic and land surveys, operating total stations, and carrying out building surveys. Responsibilities also include collecting, analyzing, and reporting accurate data to support project planning and development.
- Proficiency in topographical surveys and land surveying
- Degree or certificate in Surveying, Geospatial Science or a related field
- Skilled in conducting 3D scans of buildings
The business has a strong client base and is further expanding its involvement in major frameworks across the country but already has enough work in the North West to establish this new office.
