As a Site Manager, you will oversee piping installation scopes on a large-scale, high-profile project. Your responsibilities will include managing daily construction activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance, coordinating teams and resources, and driving project progress to meet milestones. You will lead site teams, promote a safety-first culture, and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Your role involves detailed planning, overseeing technical inspections, and supporting the handover and commissioning processes.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

  • Proven experience managing piping or mechanical installation works within complex infrastructure or industrial projects, particularly under NEC3 contracts
  • Extensive knowledge of welding, pipe supports, and associated activities, with a strong understanding of safety standards in regulated environments
  • Expert understanding of quality assurance processes, inspection test plans, and welding procedures
  • Relevant engineering or construction management qualification (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management)
  • SMSTS or equivalent construction safety management qualification
  • CCNSG or similar safety accreditation

Additional Qualities & Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience liaising with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
  • Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues swiftly and effectively, maintaining project momentum
