The Opportunity

The Role
You will provide Requirements Engineering expertise to programmes, working closely with project teams to ensure effective requirements capture and system solutions. You will lead requirements derivation, architecture development, and system modelling, supporting technology teams with verification, validation, and integration activities. Your daily tasks will include stakeholder engagement, producing technical documentation, and supporting project reviews.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer, with extensive knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and tools such as DOORS
- Expert in eliciting, analysing, and translating stakeholder needs into comprehensive technical requirements
- Experience in requirements derivation, architecture development, system simulation, and verification processes
- Knowledge of INCOSE practices and experience managing lifecycle plans
- Strong understanding of requirements validation, modelling, and system integration
- Committed to high-quality standards and familiar with ISO 9001 and health & safety regulations
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in engineering or a related discipline, with membership of relevant professional bodies preferred
- DV clearance is essential
