The Role As the Quality Management Lead, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with client quality requirements across design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, shipping, construction, and commissioning phases. You will manage a team of quality professionals, lead investigations into non-conformities, support client and third-party audits, and develop project quality documentation including Inspection and Test Plans and Project Quality Plans. Your daily tasks will involve quality assurance activities, monitoring audit findings, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. You will have the following qualifications & experience: Proven experience in Quality Assurance/Control within the civil nuclear or defence industries Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, with Lead Auditor qualifications and supporting third-party audits Demonstrable leadership skills in regulated environments, with a track record of delivering results on complex projects Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent negotiating and conflict resolution skills Ability to develop and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection/test plans Membership with the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) preferred, and current SC clearance or the ability to obtain itInterested in making a significant impact in a challenging and rewarding environment?
