The Role As Bid Coordinator, you will support the bid team by managing PQQs, coordinating bid documentation, and producing high-quality submissions in line with client requirements and deadlines. Daily responsibilities include preparing and proofreading bid documents, creating graphics such as flowcharts and organisation charts, organising content from contributors, and maintaining bid records. You will also assist with document control, knowledge management, and supporting bid-related administrative tasks. You will have the following qualifications & experience: Proven experience in bid coordination, managing PQQs, or supporting tender submissions. Extensive knowledge of bid processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements. Expert skills in editing, proofreading, and producing graphics for proposals. Strong organisational abilities, with experience managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
