Are you an ARB/ RIBA chartered Architect or Architectural Technologist looking for a new challenge? The opportunity: We are partnering with a reputable Architectural practice that prides itself on the high quality of its work and its customer focussed approach. This practice works on large and complex projects across the North and beyond. This company guarantees you exposure to the larger projects across multiple design sectors including healthcare, manufacturing and education. If you are based close to Preston and looking for an exciting alternative to Manchester city centre, this could be the practice to consider. Your duties and responsibilities will be:
- Working and supporting on high quality design projects
- Liasing and consulting with clients and working on the design development and technical detailing
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Managing a project from concept to completion
- Navigating planning applications and managing budgets
- Providing multi-discipline support
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Be an ARB/ RIBA chartered Architect or Technologist
- Ideally have experience in Education/ healthcare/ manufacturing/ commercial design sectors
- Be proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD
It’s great if you also have the following:
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A customer centric approach
- Strong written and verbal communication style
- Based and already working in the UK, able to work out of the office based just outside of Preston
