This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical maintenance professional looking to take a lead role, combining hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, maintenance planning and project delivery. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the effective running of production, providing day-to-day supervision to maintenance technicians and deputising for the Maintenance Manager when required. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, while driving improvements in maintenance standards, equipment reliability and team performance.
