The Role In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive HVAC Level 5 construction schedules, ensuring all activities are aligned with project milestones. You will prepare and update four-week lookahead plans, track progress against targets, and collaborate closely with engineering, materials, and delivery teams to ensure active readiness. Your daily tasks will include monitoring progress, updating schedules, and providing visibility on construction readiness and schedule risks. You will have the following qualifications & experience: Proven experience in construction planning, specifically within the HVAC or mechanical services sector. Extensive knowledge of developing detailed construction schedules and lookahead plans. Expertise in coordinating engineering, material, resource, and quality requirements. An HNC in any engineering discipline (or equivalent).
