Do you want to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of nuclear specialists to deliver technical and engineering activities across the full project lifecycle?
The Opportunity
Due to continued project expansion, our client is seeking EC&I Engineers at multiple levels. Whether you’re developing your technical capability, stepping into leadership, or already operating as a technical authority, you’ll play a key role in delivering engineering and technical activities across a diverse portfolio of nuclear projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote effective collaboration across engineering and other functional teams
- Support or lead customer and supply chain engagement on design issues, including contributing to procurement specifications
- Ensure procedures, codes and standards are correctly identified and applied to engineering and technical activities
- Contribute to the Product Safety Assessment process
- Provide a technical interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Carry out technical investigations and analyses to support problem resolution and design improvements
- Contribute to process improvements across the operational and/or design lifecycle
- Apply engineering domain knowledge to produce technical solutions and documentation
- Produce, review, or verify outputs such as calculations, analyses, technical reports, specifications and method statements
- Ensure appropriate review, verification and approval of engineering work
- Plan, deliver and monitor assigned tasks and projects to meet time, quality and cost requirements
- Support Project Managers with planning, control and delivery activities
- Make engineering decisions within your delegated authority
- Act as Technical Authority or Engineering Lead (for Senior/Principal levels when authorised)
Qualifications & Experience
We welcome applicants across all levels who can demonstrate:
- An engineering degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant discipline
- Experience working collaboratively within multi discipline teams
- Exposure to delivering engineering activities across a range of project types
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with other disciplines
- Demonstrable experience relevant to your level (e.g., early career engineers with foundational experience, or senior/principal engineers with leadership, verification or technical authority responsibilities)
