The Opportunity
Due to significant expansion on a £600mn programme at Sellafield, we are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join our delivery team. This is a chance to work with a leading Tier 1 contractor in a highly regulated nuclear environment, where safety, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.

Your duties and responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and programme requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve milestones.
- Monitor progress against schedule and budget, reporting to the Project Manager.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in line with Sellafield protocols.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Build strong relationships with client representatives and stakeholders.
Qualifications & experience
- Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role on large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and project delivery in regulated environments.
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
Nice to have
- Previous experience on nuclear or high-security sites.
- Familiarity with digital project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
