The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead commercial management efforts on complex projects, ensuring contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and value optimisation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting project teams, managing subcontractor relationships, value engineering, and steering financial performance.
- You will have the following qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in a senior Quantity Surveying role within engineering or construction sectors.
- Extensive understanding of NEC3 contractual frameworks and commercial management practices.
- Expert in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change control.
- Strong capability in managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of procurement, subcontract management, and final account negotiations.
- Degree in Building Services Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
