The Role
As ERP Transformation Project Manager, you will lead the entire programme, from assessing current systems and defining project requirements to overseeing vendor selection, implementation, and ensuring successful business adoption. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and act as the primary client-side lead. Your responsibilities include guiding project delivery, managing budgets, and mitigating risks throughout the lifecycle of the transformation.
You will have the following qualifications & experience
- Proven and extensive end-to-end ERP or business management system transformation experience within engineering, professional services, nuclear, or other regulated environments.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, vendor selection, and system implementation.
- Demonstrable skills in stakeholder management, change management, and delivering large-scale transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing consultants and vendors.
- Knowledge of integrating finance, procurement, project controls, timesheet/resource management, and reporting capabilities in ERP systems.
