We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for their London headquarters and international teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support their global workforce while ensuring compliance with UK and international labour laws. The HR Manager must be fluent in Italian and English and be based in their London office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s global strategy.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and provide guidance on international HR regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop training and development programs.
  • Coordinate global mobility, including visas, work permits, and relocations.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance teams.
  • Provide HR support to employees across multiple locations, particularly in Italy and other key markets.
  • Support organizational change, restructuring, and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience, preferably in an international or engineering consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience working with global teams.
  • Experience in managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Understanding of international mobility, visas, and work permits.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
