Responsibilities and Qualifications

We’re looking for people who are energetic and enthusiastic to become one of our SEN Teaching Assistants and join our class teams. Ideally, you will have experience working with pupils with SEND but the right personal qualities can be as important. Experience in supporting children’s learning and recording holistic achievements is desirable. An ability to work positively within a team of classroom assistants is essential in order to maximise pupil learning and contribute to an inspiring learning environment. This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
