Main Purpose of Job: To assist in all operational aspects of Mill Farm Hospitality Venues and ensure the smooth running of the department while offering exceptional customer service at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests. All enquiries made in person or over the phone must be handled to the standards of Mill Farm.
  • Serve meals & drinks to guests.
  • Assist in the set up and maintenance of all service areas and storage of deliveries.
  • Notify the Manager or his/her deputy where stocks/supplies are low.
  • Maintain an effective reservations program.
  • Adhere to all Mill Farm standards in every interaction with guests, colleagues, other members of the team and external suppliers and contacts.

Ideal Applicant:

  • Experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Must be well presented and confident in dealing with customers.
  • Must be flexible and available to work at short notice.
  • Honesty and reliability are essential.
