Senior Housekeeper - Luxury Hospitality: Aynsome Manor & Cark Manor
Location: Aynsome Manor & Cark Manor, Cartmel, Cumbria
Hours: 45 hours per week over 5 days
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Tangerine Leisure is part of the ambitious and fast-growing Tangerine Group. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Housekeeper to join our luxury hospitality team, supporting the stunning Aynsome Manor Hotel and Cark Manor Estate.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring all guest, public and staff areas are presented to the highest possible standards. You'll play a key role in creating outstanding guest experiences, leading by example, supervising housekeeping operations, and maintaining the impeccable presentation expected within a luxury hospitality environment.
The Role
As Senior Housekeeper, you will:
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas and staff facilities are maintained to exceptional standards.
- Lead and support housekeeping teams across both Aynsome Manor and Cark Manor.
- Assist with the training and development of new team members.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, stock control and ordering requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Act as the main point of contact for housekeeping-related queries.
- Work closely with management, suppliers and the local community.
- Support health, safety and compliance standards across both properties.
- Provide weekly operational updates regarding housekeeping requirements and property presentation.
