    • Attend weekly Food & Beverage meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
    • Oversee stadium kiosks, ensuring cleanliness and operational SOPs are upheld.
  • Floor & Service Standards
    • Ensure table service is delivered at all times.
    • Manage table reservations in line with policy.
    • Maintain high visual and functional standards across the bar.
  • People Management
    • Recruit, train, and manage all Bradley’s team members.
    • Deliver high quality training and development programmes for all staff.
    • Lead from the front, motivating and inspiring the team at every level.
    • Create, manage, and communicate rotas in advance, aligned with agreed structures.
    • Plan staffing for peak periods, special events, and bank holidays.
    • Conduct regular appraisals and performance reviews.
    • Ensure fair treatment of all employees, including part-time staff.
    • Manage holidays, rotas, daily hours sheets, and internal processes compliantly.
  • Stock, Ordering & Financial Control
    • Work closely with the Inventory Controller to manage stock levels and plan for events.
    • Order exclusively from approved suppliers and uphold all stock control procedures.
    • Oversee weekly and monthly stock checks.
    • Ensure correct stock rotation, labelling, and minimal wastage.
    • Complete all daily paperwork and cash handling accurately and in line with procedures.
  • Health & Safety
    • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
    • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, including food safety and beer line hygiene.
    • Work closely with the Operations Manager to uphold all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
