Here in GXO Warrington (WA5), we are working together with Iceland Foods to find a Transport Administrator to join our fast-paced transport office. You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern, covering the hours of 10:00 – 18:00.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered
- Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management
- Brief and de-brief drivers and perform data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPIs
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
What You Need To Succeed At GXO
- Previous experience in a transport environment
- Knowledge of transport legislation and European Working Time Directive as well as Tachomaster
- Experience with Food Safety standards is preferred but not essential
- IT literacy with excellent Word and Excel capabilities
