What You'll Do On a Typical Day:
- Manage all site services including maintenance, security, cleaning, utilities and space planning
- Ensure compliance with legal, environmental and health & safety regulations
- Oversee contractor control, permits to work and emergency procedures
- Project manage refurbishments, renovations and office moves
- Maintain records for inspections, tests and repairs to meet compliance standards
- Control departmental budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions
- Chair site meetings and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What You Need To Succeed At GXO:
- Experience in a facilities/maintenance management role
- Technical knowledge of hard and soft building services
- Strong understanding of QSHE and security practices
- Experience managing third-party contracts and KPIs
- RQF Level 3, IWFM Certificate and IOSH Managing Safely (essential)
- 18th Edition Wiring and foundation degree in engineering (advantageous)
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver operational improvements

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £48,000 per annum, you’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
