At GXO Logistics, we are looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Virgin Media site in Glenrothes. This is a dynamic role that blends warehouse duties, customer interaction, and driving responsibilities.
This opportunity is offered on a full time, permanent contract where you will be working on Monday to Friday, 07:00 16:00.

What Youll Do On a Typical Day
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are followed at all times
- Managing and prioritising a busy workload
- Reporting any issues to the operational management team
- Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other computer-based tools
- Carrying out van driving duties as part of daily operations
What You Need To Succeed At GXO
- Excellent customer service skills, friendly, professional, and solution-focused
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations
- Comfortable using computers ideally with WMS experience
- Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules
- A Category B driving licence is essential
