Our client is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of their residential care home, providing high‑quality care for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities

  • Support and mentor staff to provide safe, high‑quality care.
  • Implement and monitor care and operational processes.
  • Work with governing bodies on new service opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within health or social care.
