We are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join a friendly and busy private practice in Leicester on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract starting February 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient‑focused practice offering a range of private services including cosmetic treatments, composite bonding, aligner therapy, and implant procedures. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while supporting both clinical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the dental practice
  • Manage diaries, rotas, and daily operations
  • Act as key holder (opening/closing responsibilities)
  • Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, HTM 01‑05 and NHS standards
  • Handle patient enquiries and complaints professionally
  • Lead HR duties: recruitment, inductions, training, and appraisals
  • Monitor budgets, invoicing, and financial targets
  • Maintain excellent patient experience and service levels
  • Support clinicians to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of all dental equipment

  • Experience in dental or healthcare practice management (essential)
  • Friendly, approachable, and patient‑centred
  • Strong IT skills; SOE software knowledge preferred
