The Transport Administrator is the role to join our team in Thrapston, Kettering, supporting our customer, Primark. Reporting to the Transport Team Manager, you will be responsible for general administration duties in-line with Transport legislation, company policy and procedure.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will be working Wednesday to Sunday from 22:00 to 06:00.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks
Salary up to £27,000.00 per annum (+ £5k Night shift allowance), and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays). What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Assisting the Transport Team Manager with general administration duties in-line with Transport legislation, company policy and procedures
- Ensuring good standards of Health and Safety processes are followed by yourself and the team
- Regular communication with the planning department of any delays, lateness or issues
- Primary point of contact for customer enquiries/changes to schedule, ensuring these are logged accurately
