Company: GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc., based in Harlow. We are looking for an experienced Stock & Systems Manager to join a large high‑end fashion retailer and lead the Stock & Admin department. This is a full‑time permanent position (Monday‑Friday, 8am‑4pm) with flexibility required.

What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of customer stock from receipt through to dispatch.
- Establish effective relationships with multiple customer stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient flow of all types of merchandise through varying storage locations, selecting appropriate storage media.
- Maintain full awareness of contractual requirements and demonstrate compliance.
What You Need to Succeed
- Previous stock & systems experience in a fast‑paced logistics environment, ideally e‑com.
- Experience using warehouse management systems.
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office.
- Strong employee engagement skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
