Are you ready for your next number‑crunching role? We’re looking for a part‑time Finance Assistant to join our busy finance team at our TK Maxx site in Crewe. You’ll handle employee records, prepare contracts, support recruitment and onboarding, manage Time & Attendance, and be a friendly point of contact for HR queries. If you’re organised, detail‑driven, and ready to make a real impact in a fast‑paced logistics environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Collate weekly financial/statistical reports for the customer and site management
- Process purchase orders and support the Finance team with company month‑end and client period‑end activities
- Provide day‑to‑day financial support to operational managers
- Assist with preparation of weekly and monthly financials
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills
- Previous finance office experience and a desire to learn
