- Shift pattern: Week 1 Monday to Friday / Week 2 Tuesday to Saturday, start 07:00

Typical Day Responsibilities
- Work as part of a two-person team delivering products to customer premises on a multi‑drop basis (average of 16 drops per day off‑peak and 24 drops per day in peak season)
- Assist the delivery driver in parking and manoeuvring the company vehicle as well as loading and unloading when required
- Provide effective customer service while ensuring goods are delivered in excellent condition
- Ensure that customers are kept informed of their estimated time of delivery and any issues are communicated politely and courteously
Qualifications
- Experience of dealing with multi‑drop home delivery preferred but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to complete manual handling tasks such as pulling, lifting and pushing
- Can‑do attitude with a knack for problem solving
- Willingness to undertake pre‑employment Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check
- Be prepared to commute to Beckton (E6 6LG) for the required shift pattern
