Job description
We are on the lookout for a sh*t hot WordPress/Elementor Developer to join our team here at Milk & Tweed.
You will live and breathe websites, and love everything about them. You will love talking to customers, finding out about their business and project, and then take the project by the scruff of the neck and own it, working with designers and other developers to make sure the project is delivered to the highest of standards and the customer is happy.
The ideal candidate will be able to take web projects from start to finish, get the development part of the project organised and complete your tasks, then reach out for skills/help where you need. You will have good existing website knowledge, WordPress & Elementor particularly. CSS & HTML knowledge is a bonus. Website design would also be a bonus.
You will be really comfortable building websites using Elementor or another WordPress builder. Taking the designs, and bring them to life by building them pixel perfect with those premium developer touches.
Our studio is based in the center of Chippenham, Wiltshire – right next to the train station. Filled with energy and creativity, our studio is our home, and it is a hub of collaboration and positivity. And we would like this role to be studio based, however you can work from home when needed.

About you
- You will have 3-4+ years experience of websites
- Great knowledge of WordPress
- Great knowledge of Elementor web builder or other WordPress web builders
- CSS and HTML knowledge a bonus
- Website design skills a bonus
- Attention to detail to build pixel perfect websites
- Super organised, loves smashing through tasks and getting them ticked off
- You will be comfortable project managing websites and deliver excellent customer service and communication
- You will love all things web, and love coming up with creative ideas and solutions to answer web briefs and problems.
- You will have an excellent attention to detail and have a passion for not only building beautiful websites – but websites that convert
- You will love working and speaking with customers to make sure they are happy and building those important customer relationships
- You will be great at managing your time and projects, as well as getting input from clients, designers and other developers as you need
- You will be positive, enthusiastic, a big team player, ambitious to grow and progress yourself as well as our business
- You will want to learn, learn new skills and improve your web skills and knowledge
