We are on the lookout for a Web Designer to join our team here at Milk & Tweed. You will live and breathe websites, and love everything about them. You will love designing different concepts for all types of businesses and working with other designers and developers to ensure every website project is delivered to the highest standards and the customer is happy.

The ideal candidate will be able to take web design from sitemap, through component structure, design concept to full site design, getting organised and asking for additional skills/help when needed. They will have great existing web design, accessibility, UI and UX knowledge - WordPress & Elementor knowledge is a bonus.

Our studio is based in the centre of Chippenham, Wiltshire - right next to the train station. Filled with energy and creativity, our studio is our home, and it is a hub of collaboration and positivity. We would like this role to be studio based; however, you can work from home when needed.

About us: We are an enthusiastic, modern and ambitious full creative agency, who is steadily growing. We specialise in design, websites and digital marketing. We have a fascinating wide range of customers from all sectors and different sizes, all across the UK. Our recent growth, excellent customer retention and ever-growing customer base means we are on the lookout for another member to join our growing team.

About you:

  • You will have 2-4+ years experience of websites
  • Great knowledge of Figma
  • Good knowledge of web design, UX and UI
  • Good knowledge of website accessibility and usability
  • WordPress & Elementor web builder knowledge highly preferable
  • Super organised, loves smashing through tasks and getting them ticked off
  • You will love all things web, and love coming up with creative ideas and solutions to answer web briefs and problems.
  • You will have an excellent attention to detail and a passion for designing beautiful websites that convert
  • You will be great at managing your time and your own tasks/projects, as well as getting input from clients, designers and other developers as needed
  • You will be positive, enthusiastic, a big team player, ambitious to grow and progress yourself as well as our business
  • You will want to learn, learn new skills and improve your web skills and knowledge
