We are on the lookout for a Head of Client Services to join our leadership team here at Milk & Tweed. This is a pivotal role within the agency. You will lead our client services function, managing and developing our Account Management team whilst ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.

You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients, helping them get the very best from their partnership with Milk & Tweed, driving client retention and growth, and helping shape the future direction of Milk & Tweed.

Working closely with our Heads and department leads, you will play a key role in the continued growth of the agency and the success of our clients. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, confident and highly organised. You will love meeting people, building relationships and creating opportunities. You'll be comfortable discussing business challenges with clients and translating those challenges into creative, digital and marketing solutions with the support of our wider team.

Our studio is based in the centre of Chippenham, Wiltshire, right next to the train station. Filled with energy and creativity, our studio is our home and a hub of collaboration, ambition and positivity. We would ideally like this role to be studio based, however there is flexibility to work from home when needed.

About you:

  • You will have 5+ years experience in account management, client services, partnerships or agency leadership.
  • You will have experience managing, mentoring and developing client-facing teams.
  • You will be an exceptional communicator who can build trust with clients at all levels.
  • You will have a strong commercial mindset and understand how to drive account growth and retention.
  • You will be confident managing key accounts and leading strategic client conversations.
  • You will be highly organised and capable of overseeing multiple client relationships across the agency.
  • You will enjoy coaching others and helping them progress in their careers.
  • You will be proactive, ambitious and excited about helping shape the future growth of Milk & Tweed.
  • Agency experience would be highly advantageous.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
  • Leading and developing our Account Management team.
  • Conducting regular one-to-ones, mentoring and performance reviews.
  • Owning the overall client experience across the agency.
  • Driving client retention and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Supporting Account Managers with client strategy and challenging conversations.
  • Working closely with department leads to ensure projects and campaigns are delivered successfully.
  • Helping develop internal processes and improve client service standards.
  • Supporting new business opportunities, pitches and proposals.
  • Reporting on client satisfaction, retention and growth metrics.
  • Acting as a key member of the agency leadership team.
