Milk Education is recruiting a Youth Re-engagement Support Worker for an Alternative Provision in Leeds, supporting students aged 11–16 with SEMH needs.

The role focuses on building trust, mentoring, and trauma-informed approaches to help learners re-engage with education.

We are seeking graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related fields who are calm, resilient, and excellent communicators.
