Assist students with behavioural challenges in both one-to-one and group settings.

Support the development and implementation of individual behaviour plans.

Provide guidance and positive reinforcement to encourage the students’ social and emotional growth.

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to monitor and assess student progress.

Offer strategies and interventions to help students manage their behaviour and emotions.

Maintain clear records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Previous experience working with children or young people in a school or support setting
