At Milk Education, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Learning & Behaviour Mentors to support pupils within SEN schools across Surrey. This rewarding role involves working with children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties, and complex learning needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, psychology graduates, youth workers, or anyone passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential.

About the School

This welcoming, specialist primary provision caters for pupils with Autism (ASD), complex learning needs, sensory needs, speech & language difficulties, SEMH needs, and behaviour that may at times be dysregulated. The school is committed to creating an environment where every child feels safe, understood, and able to make meaningful progress.

Your Role Will Include

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Helping students regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively
  • Encouraging communication, confidence, and social development
  • Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SEND professionals
  • Supporting pupils both in and outside of the classroom
