About the Role?
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant you will
- Deliver planned lessons and provide classroom cover in the absence of the class teacher.
- Lead targeted interventions to support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Uphold the school’s safeguarding policies and contribute to the wellbeing of all pupils.
About you?
We are looking for HLTA’s who
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Higher-Level Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
- HLTA status, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective classroom practices.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
