Milk Education is working with a friendly and well-established primary school in North Tyneside to recruit a PPA Cover Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2026.

You’ll deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons while class teachers complete their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Ensure pupils remain motivated and make good progress
- Liaise with class teachers to provide clear feedback following lessons
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Confident teaching across multiple year groups
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexible, reliable and committed to high-quality teaching
