Milk Education is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH and additional needs in Greater London locations (Hayes, Ealing, Southall, West Drayton).

The role involves one-to-one and small-group work, helping pupils build emotional regulation and independence, and collaborating with teachers on behaviour plans.

You will contribute to a calm and nurturing classroom, using positive strategies to enable progress and engagement.
